Art SurfING

Our tour of the Railroad Square shops began at a really interesting thrift shop of sorts with so many styles of chairs and clothing outside. The colors of the area and the people around brought an even more exotic feeling to the place. From here we ventured around an art gallery that was having a silent auction, that ranged from little portraits to extravagant photographs of hummingbirds that took up the entirety of a wall.

There were so many different kinds of stores in this area from video games to  incense! None of us could really believe how many different kinds of worlds we were walking into with each place we walked. Some of the art buildings even had two floors since there were so many pieces to be displayed. The environment surrounding this whole part of town was interesting for everyone, and we all got to learn a bit more about each others' artistic tastes!
